For an international manufacturer of high-quality transport systems, for almost two decades we’ve been delivering up to 200 highly variable controllers per week to the end customer, directly into the logistics supply chain:

• Transfer and responsibility for material procurement and requirements planning for the assembly components and raw components (approx. 2000 active articles, assemblies, electronic components, etc.) according to the specifications of the customer supply chain and supplier partners.
• Technical change management and order processing in highly aggregated networking with the customer’s ERP system with our location.
• Production of cable and wiring components for control systems
• Production of the required sheet metal, housing, and panel assemblies
• Production lines of power electronics for control systems

• Production lines for assembly and wiring for various highly variable controller families and product lines, incl. quality, functional and simulation tests in a documented final inspection status
• Complete customer- and product-specific packaging and supply logistics, integrated in the customer supply chain to the final end customer
