ART Płakowice is part of the ART Group, which includes the companies ART in Hockenheim (since 1955), ABW in Weingarten (since 1964) and the second ART location in Lwówek Śląski (former Płakowice), (Poland, since 1995). The Group is headquartered at the German ART location in Hockenheim.
With the multinational branch concept, the ART Group is competitive and combines capabilities for cable systems, housing technology, and industrial switch cabinet assembly. This enables us to handle complex tasks in parallel: switching devices are manufactured in Hockenheim, for example; the perfectly dimensioned housings are produced in Weingarten; the location Lwówek Śląski (previously Plakowice) supplies mostly Cable-Systems, resp. will be connected in process at production areas Mechatronics or sheet metal housings – depending from product requirements.
